• Everyone is talking about how to showcase and promote the PLUS- SIZE figure.
• Canadians currently see “Plus-Size” as a primary concern. However, most of us agree that in today’s society, 2 out of 4 individuals in a family are a size 13-14 or above.
• Mainstream shopping stores and clothing corporations are also changing their size ratio in the clothing industry to cater to the plus size customer.

It’s here to stay: The Plus Size Revolution!!!!!

MCPP is designed to reinforce the self-esteem, image and diversity of plus-size women. This year, our theme is,
“Dancing like the Stars-Mind, Body and Soul.”
Each person is a complex mix of characteristics, qualities, behaviours and talents. No one can be summed up in a single trait.

Being healthy is three dimensional. Using minds, bodies and souls, the young women discover the depth of their true selves, while feeling great from within regardless of size, shape or stature.

This year, The Miss Canada Plus Pageant showcases articulate, talented young women that look and feel good about themselves. We promise to continue bringing you the latest styles and wellness regimens, such as the “Boot camp routine,” featuring the MCPP contestants in athletic apparel.
And talking about beautiful! You will enjoy the spectacle of the contestants on stage, in their gorgeous designer gowns purchased from mainstream plus-size stores and local designers who are constantly supporting the pageant with their fashion expertise.
